Billions of farmers are deprived of PM Kisan Scheme even after applying, what to do now?

The seventh installment of the PM-Kisan Sanman Fund was credited to the farmers' account by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on December 25.  11 crore farmers across the country are benefiting from the scheme.  However, despite applying to 1.44 crore farmers, they have not received a single rupee of Kisan Sanman Yojana.  Farmers did not get the benefit of this facility as they did not find any similarity in Aadhar card and other documents.  The application of these farmers has not been verified as the information on Aadhaar and other documents do not match.  According to the officials of the Ministry of Agriculture, verification has not been done due to discrepancies in the spelling of the bank account numbers and names of the applicants of PM Kisan Sanman Yojana.  (PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme more than one crore farmers do not get money)

What do farmers have to do?

If there is a discrepancy between the information on the farmer's Aadhar card and the spelling on other documents, the information in the Aadhar will have to be corrected.  After that you have to update the new Aadhaar card on the portal of Kisan Sanman Yojana.  This work has to be done by visiting Farmer Corner on the website of Kisan Sanman Yojana.  Then you have to select the Edit Aadhar Details option.  At this point you have to enter the Aadhaar number and then enter the captcha code.

According to the officials of the Ministry of Agriculture, only if the name is wrong, it can be corrected from the website.  However, if there are other corrections, they will have to be corrected by going to the office of the Accountant and the Department of Agriculture.

Data verification of nearly one and a half lakh farmers in Uttar Pradesh has not been done.  Farmers do not get the benefit of Kisan Sanman Yojana due to errors in Aadhaar and other documents.  The money will be credited to the farmers 'account only when the state government verifies the farmers' data and sends it to the central government.

The central government aims to provide benefits to 14.5 crore farmers under the Prime Minister's Kisan Sanman Yojana.  It has been two years since this scheme was started.  However, 11.45 crore farmers are benefiting from this scheme.  An error in the documents submitted by the farmers on the Kisan Sanman Yojana portal may also be one of the reasons.  The annual budget of the scheme is Rs 75,000 crore.  Farmers can register themselves on the scheme portal.
